Tenders are to be on the printed form of the Centre for Advanced Technology, Indore, which can be had on payment of Rs. 150.00 (RupeesOne Hundred Fifty Only in cash, which is not refundable.

Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Engineer in Charge (P) Centre for Advanced Technology, Indore on any working day between 1000 hrs. to 1600 hrs. from 31.08.2005 to 08.09.2005.

Tenders which should be placed in sealed covers, superscribed with the name of work, will be received by the Engineer in Charge (P) Centre for Advanced Technology, Indore upto 1500 hrs. on 09.09.2005 and will be opened by him in his office at 1530 hrs. on the same day, i.e 09.09.2005 in the presence of such contractors, who desire to attend.

The contractor should write in figures as well as in words the rates quoted by them on the paper form of the tender. The amount for such item shall be worked out and the requisite totals given. All corrections must be attested by the dated initials of the contractor.

The time allowed for carrying out this work is 10 (Ten) Months from the date of issue of work order.

The tenders should be accompanied by the Receipted Challan of Deposit at all receipt of crossed demand draft of the State Bank of India, in favour of Pay and Accounts Officer, CAT, Indore. The contractor, whose tender is accepted, will be required to furnish performance guarantee as well as Security Deposit as per modified Tender clause enclosed with the tender book.

The security deposit will be collected by deducting from the running bills of the contractor at the rates mentioned above and earnest money deposit, it deposited at the time of tender, will be treated as part of security deposit.

The acceptance of tender will rest with the Engineer in Charge (P) CAT, Indore, who does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserve to himself the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Tenders, which do no fulfil all or any of the above conditions, incomplete in any respect, are liable to be summarily rejected.
