This section is involved in research and development of state of the art devices based on semiconductor heterostructures, such as semiconductor laser, detectors etc. We have developed high power laser diodes in the wavelength range of 670 nm to 1000 nm with maximum peak power of about 5 Watt in pulsed operation.
