Techniques has been developed for fabrication of (OFHC)
Copper-Nickel (Electroless)-gold, Molybdenum and copper mirrors. A
large number of Cu-Ni mirrors,plane and curved of different
shapes and dimensions, have been polished for CO2 laser groups.
Work from Defence organisation and university have also been undertaken.
Fabrication technology of this mirror has also been trans-
ferred to defence Organisation. Surface figure of lambda/20 at 10.6
micron and r.m.s. roughness of 20 Å has been achieved.
