Mirror 1 : Toroidal mirror, vertical deflection, Au coated, Demagnification 2:1
Monochromator : TGM-1400 toroidal grating monochromator, three gratings interchangeable under vacuum.
Mirror 2 : Toroidal mirror, vertical deflection, Au coated, demagnification 1:1.
Spot size : ~ 1mm horizontal x 1 mm vertical
Photon flux : typically ~ 1011 photons/sec.
